The idea of creating the band dates back to July 2006, when it was formed by guitarist Rossen and drummer Pacho. The band existed under various lineups and with no permanent name till 2009. IL PASARO got its name and was founded on 26 May 2009. This is the date when Evgeni joined to fill in the vacant lead singer position.
